Full Stack Engineer

Senior / Staff Full Stack EngineerWe’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to build technology that simplifies complex, high-stakes processes for individuals pursuing opportunities in the United States. This is a high-ownership engineering role with the opportunity to influence both the product experience and the underlying technical architecture.You’ll work throughout the stack, developing customer-facing applications, internal operational tools, backend services, event-driven systems, and AI-powered automation. The ideal candidate enjoys solving difficult product and infrastructure problems and is comfortable taking projects from initial design through production.What You’ll DoDesign and develop AI-driven systems capable of coordinating sophisticated, multi-stage workflows with minimal manual intervention.Build intelligent automation that supports document creation, review, processing, submission, and other complex operational workflows.Reimagine the platform’s workflow and task-orchestration architecture to improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability.Design and improve backend services, APIs, asynchronous processes, event-driven systems, and scheduled workloads.Develop intuitive, high-performance user experiences for both customers and internal operations teams.Own technical projects end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvements.Work closely with product and operational stakeholders to translate complicated real-world processes into effective software.Identify architectural bottlenecks and make thoughtful technical decisions as the platform and customer base grow.Contribute to engineering standards and help establish scalable development practices across the organization.What We’re Looking ForSenior or Staff-level software engineering experience with a track record of independently delivering complex production systems.Demonstrated ownership of backend-heavy applications and infrastructure that directly support customer-facing products.Advanced experience with TypeScript and React, including building and maintaining production applications.Strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs, databases, asynchronous processing, event-driven systems, and distributed workflows.Experience designing reliable systems that coordinate multiple services, processes, or long-running tasks.Comfortable working across frontend and backend code rather than specializing exclusively in one layer.Experience building AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered automation is highly valuable.Strong product mindset with attention to performance, usability, reliability, and maintainability.Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment with significant technical ownership.Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Ideal ProfileThe ideal candidate is an engineer who enjoys owning difficult problems rather than simply completing assigned tickets.
