Hours and Pay
Pay Rate: $75-$85 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Remote with travel to different sites throughout US

Daily Responsibilities
Develop and lead the ERP testing strategy, including planning, test scenarios, and test data management
Oversee end-to-end testing cycles including SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and performance testing
Coordinate integration testing across ERP, cloud applications, MDM systems, and third-party platforms
Validate data accuracy, migration, synchronization, and governance standards across systems
Manage the full defect lifecycle, including tracking, triage, and resolution using tools such as Jira
Lead cutover planning and readiness, including mock cutovers, rollback strategies, and go-live support
Establish quality gates and exit criteria, providing go/no-go recommendations for deployment
Partner with business stakeholders to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure readiness
Deliver regular reporting on test progress, risks, defect metrics, and overall quality performance
Identify and implement test automation opportunities to improve efficiency and coverage
Coordinate across multiple business units and functions to align testing efforts and ensure adoption
Lead, mentor, and manage testing teams while collaborating with developers, analysts, and project leaders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
7+ years of software testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience with ERP testing (NetSuite and/or Oracle Cloud preferred)
Strong background in integration testing, API validation, and middleware platforms
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality validation
Expertise with test management tools such as Jira
Knowledge of testing methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in NetSuite or Oracle Cloud
Experience with Appficiency or similar ERP add-ons
Background in manufacturing, distribution, or construction industries
Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, or SoapUI
Experience with cloud-based testing, DevOps practices, and ETL/data migration testing
ISTQB or similar testing certification
