About this role
As an Emergency Medicine physician at Holy Rosary Hospital you will work with a patient‑first team of providers. You will collaborate with excellent support staff, other specialties on site and visiting specialists from our sister site in Billings.
Compensation & Incentives
Competitive base compensation: $407,160 plus potential excess shift pay.
Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable) and up to $100,000 in student‑loan repayment (if applicable). PSLF eligible.
Full‑time schedule of 156 12‑hour shifts per year.

What you’ll bring
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school.
Residency trained in Emergency Medicine.
Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
Active Montana medical license or ability to obtain one.
Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
Passion for emergency medicine and rural communities.
Location
Holy Rosary Hospital, Miles City, Montana.
Hours & Salary Range
40 scheduled weekly hours. Hourly rate depends on experience.
