MAKE values exceptional design and strives to foster the knowledge necessary to technically execute within each member of our team.We are seeking candidates with 4 to 10+ years of full-time architectural office experience, to assist us on an array of projects from inception to completion. 2 years Revit experience in an office environment is required, and excellent Revit skills are desired.Desired Attributes IncludeAbility to learn and grasp new concepts quickly with a willingness to learn and accept new challengesProficiency and prior office experience with Revit and AutoCAD requiredProficiency in Rhino, D5, Enscape or Twin Motion, Illustrator, Photoshop, and In-DesignMust excel in conceptual planning skills, strive for high quality and innovative design solutions, have excellent presentation skills, take initiative in problem solving, and be collaborative within a team environmentA desire to understand and be involved with every aspect of the projectMust be eligible to work in the United StatesCapability to coordinate consulting team and understand issues and be able to apply considerations of structures, systems, and methodologiesUnderstanding of construction types, methods, assemblies, and the ability to apply that knowledge to develop design and construction drawings effectively and efficientlySalary of $75,000 to $105,000 with compensation commensurate to experience and capabilitiesIn addition to holding a degree from an accredited University, ideal candidates must also have skills and experience that will enable them to actively contribute to the process from project inception through completion.
