Assistant HOA Manager
This posting is for an Assistant Manager position at a fast growing HOA management company. This position assists Community Association Managers with the day-to-day administration and customer service tasks for Homeowners Association communities. Starting wage will be higher if you have previously obtained industry experience, accreditations, or certifications such as CMCA or CCAM. Estimated Start date is 10/1/24.

Job Description and Duties:
Provide general helpful service for phone calls and email correspondence
Draft clear and direct letters and work descriptions
Provide service on issues pertaining to maintenance requests, communication, and access control
Perform follow-up with work order and bid requests
Assist with annual tasks such as budget review, CPA retention, reserve study updates, elections administration, insurance renewal, etc.
Draft clear and direct language to facilitate coordination of contractor services and contract bids
Prepare monthly status reports
Other duties and special projects as assigned Job Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Professional level writing proficiency
Professional level proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Reliable transportation and maintenance of valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance
Ability to safely lift and transport office supplies and records up to (25) pounds
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Associate’s Degree
Prior employment in hospitality, government, accounting, business administration, or other related fields
Prior experience with Community Association Boards, Parent Teacher Association, or other community or business oriented not-for-profit associations
Public Speaking
Conflict resolution and de-escalation
Multi-tasking
Professional writing and verbal communication
