Restaurant Managers oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and catering department, hire and train staff, while maintaining the highest of food quality standards and positive brand image through legendary customer service. This position is all about the people, whether it be the customer or the employees you are working side by side with.
If you have at least 5 years of restaurant experience and 2 of those have been in a leadership role and thrive in an organized chaos environment and are committed to legendary service, Phil’s BBQ is the place for you.
