Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.Minimum RequirementsGraduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy with an appropriate degree.Active Georgia state license in the relevant discipline required to start.Demonstrated leadership or management experience in an outpatient therapy setting preferred.Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training clinical staff.Experience developing and implementing therapy program strategies and evaluating clinical outcomes.Experience with coordinating interdisciplinary care and managing therapy operations.Location HighlightsAtlanta, GA offers a mix of cultural, recreational, and dining options for professionals relocating or traveling for work.
