Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an On Air Personality located in Tulsa, OK. The On Air Personality will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging radio content, hosting live shows, conducting interviews, playing music, interacting with listeners, and engaging the audience through various media platforms. Additional responsibilities include providing commentary, promotions, and participating in station events to build listener relationships and brand presence. Qualifications Experience in Radio Hosting, Broadcasting, and knowledge of radio operations.knowledge of thr CCM format and how to connect with listeners in an authentic way.Strong Communication skills to engage with listeners and work within a team.Passion for Music and understanding of how to curate playlists and engage with music enthusiasts on-air.Familiarity with the radio industry, including trends, audience demographics, and media tools.Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to live broadcast demands.Public speaking skills and creativity in delivering engaging content.Experience with social media platforms to further engage with audiences is a plus.Middays or Afternoon Drive are possible with fill-in mornings from timr to time.
