The role supports all aspects of warehouse and operational execution including receiving, inventory movement, staging, outbound shipping, purchasing follow-up, and transaction accuracy within NetSuite and Monday.com.The environment is fast-paced, hands-on, and continuously evolving as the organization scales. Success in this role requires reliability, responsiveness, attention to detail, operational discipline, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves wherever needed.This role offers long-term growth opportunities into purchasing, logistics, warehouse leadership, inventory management, and broader supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Inventory OperationsReceive and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and packing slipsUnload trucks, organize inventory, and maintain warehouse flowStage equipment and materials for deliveries and installationsPrepare outbound shipments accurately and on scheduleMaintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and staging standardsPerform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiativesMaintain accurate inventory and receiving transactions in NetSuiteIdentify and escalate damaged, missing, or incorrect materialsPurchasing & Operational SupportAssist with purchase order follow-up and vendor communicationTrack inbound shipments, lead times, and freight activityCoordinate delivery appointments and shipment trackingSupport operational documentation and workflow updates in NetSuite and Monday.comEscalate operational delays, shortages, and risks quickly and clearlyProcess & Operational DisciplineFollow operational workflows, stage-gate processes, and standard proceduresMaintain accurate records and transaction integritySupport KPI-driven operational execution and accountabilityOperate with urgency, ownership, and responsiveness in daily responsibilitiesContribute to continuous operational improvement as processes matureQualifications & Skills0–3 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, purchasing, or operational support experience preferredComfortable performing physical warehouse work throughout the dayStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable, responsive, and dependableAbility to prioritize tasks and adapt in a changing environmentComfortable following structured processes and operational proceduresForklift experience preferred or willingness to learn and become certifiedERP or NetSuite experience is a plusPositive attitude and willingness to support multiple operational functionsWork EnvironmentHands-on warehouse and operational environmentCombination of physical warehouse work and system-based operational supportFast-paced, execution-oriented cultureSome lifting, moving, and staging of equipment requiredGrowth OpportunityThis role is designed as an entry point into broader operational and supply chain responsibilities within a growing organization, with opportunities to develop into purchasing, logistics coordination, inventory management, warehouse leadership, and supply chain operations.
