We are passionate about craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and delivering an exceptional client experience from concept to completion.We are currently seeking a Selection Manager to join our growing team in Edmond, OK.Position OverviewAs the Selection Manager, you will guide clients through the entire selections process for their custom home, helping them make design and finish decisions that align with their vision, lifestyle, and budget. You will collaborate closely with homeowners, the builder, floorplan designer, and vendors to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience while maintaining project timelines and design cohesion.This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional homes.ResponsibilitiesGuide clients through all interior and exterior home selections Assist clients in choosing finishes, fixtures, materials, and design elements including: Flooring and tile Countertops Lighting and hardware Plumbing fixtures Paint and stain colors Fireplace materials Doors and windows Cabinetry and trim details Outdoor living features Coordinate and schedule selection meetings with clients and vendors Collaborate with the builder and floorplan designer to ensure selections align with the overall home design and construction plans Maintain organized selection documentation and update project records Ensure selections stay within budget allowances and timelines Communicate clearly with subcontractors and suppliers regarding specifications and orders Stay current on design trends, materials, and product innovations Create a positive, professional, and personalized client experience throughout the building process QualificationsExperience in interior design, residential construction, selections coordination, or a related field preferred Strong understanding of residential finishes, materials, and custom home design Excellent communication and client relationship skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or project management software Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Passion for design and helping clients bring their vision to life Preferred QualificationsExperience working in custom homebuilding or luxury residential construction Knowledge of budgeting and material procurement Familiarity with floorplans, elevations, and construction terminology Why Join Us?At OklaHome Homebuilders, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized, high-quality custom homes to our clients.
