NP/PA Hospitalist Opening in Iowa Located in Dubuque, IA - Bettendorf 70m; Madison, WI 90m Full Time & Permanent Position Hospitalist schedule is 7on/7off with 12-hour shifts 14, 12-hour shifts per month; 7a-7p Each shift staffed with 2 Physicians and 1 APP Team of 6 Physicians and 2 APPs No overnight shiftsResponsibilities: No procedures Hospitalist is code leader Average patient census of 8-11 patients Total of 10-15 admissions per day Blocked scheduling UnityPoint employed Telehospitalist cover overnights Excellent work/life balanceQualifications: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Board Certified Experience preferred Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice Eligible to work in the United StatesWe offer: Shift based compensation with RVU kicker and performance incentive Attractive incentive package A competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
