You'll collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team and may supervise a PT Assistant (PTA) and fieldwork students.What You'll DoCarry a pediatric caseload (birth-18)Complete initial and ongoing evaluations across gross motor, mobility, balance, strength, coordination, and functional skillsDevelop and update treatment plans and documentationPartner with therapists across multiple disciplinesSupervise Physical Therapy Assistants and interns What You BringDoctorate or master's degree in physical therapy and state licensure (PT)Illinois PT license (or license-eligible)Early Intervention credential preferredPediatric experience strongly preferredValid Illinois driver's license & insurance At Lifelong Access, people feel seen, heard, and supported, for our staff and the families we proudly serve.
