Our client is seeking a 2+ years experienced Trial Attorney to join their Beverly Hills personal injury team to manage cases from intake through settlement/Trial.Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury cases from intake to final settlement/TrialCommunicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and co-counselDraft and evaluate demand packages, settlement summaries, mediation briefs, and correspondenceOversee case managers, monitor deadlines, and track statutes of limitationsEvaluate liability and damages, coordinate medical treatment, and assist with lien resolutionQualificationsActive California Bar license (Required)Minimum 2 years of personal injury law Trial experience (Required)Strong legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and client-management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple files in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Compensation depends on experience.Medical (HMO/PPO), dental, vision, life insurance, FSA/HSA options401(k), paid time off, referral bonuses, and employee perksPaid parking and team-sponsored eventsGrowth, mentorship, and advancement opportunities
