Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Education Manager. The Education Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, developing educational content, providing coaching and support to stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication of product knowledge. The role involves driving the development of instructional materials, conducting training sessions, supporting cases in the OR, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver content and collaborate with teamsProficiency in Training and Coaching to support stakeholders and build professional skillsOrganizational and project management abilities to develop, implement, and track educational initiativesBachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare, Training, or a related field; Associate’s degree with certified medical technology role; advanced degree preferredFamiliarity with spinal and orthopedic medical devices is a plusStrong problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, and travel.
