General Production WorkerOur client in Bolingbrook, IL, seeks flexible general workers to join their team. No prior manufacturing experience required! Whats important is a strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team. This option is ideal for those needing a flexible schedule based on production needs. You could mix products, weigh/scale material, pack material, or supply our production lines with product.Location: Bolingbrook, ILPay Rate & Shift:1st shift 6am-2:30PM $15.502nd shift 2PM-10:30PM $16.003rd shift 10pm-6:30am $16.50Job Functions and Responsibilities:Inspect product to verify quality and detect any signs of contamination by foreign materials.Supply production lines as needed.Responsible for the correct placement of product on the line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.Maintain the work area clean and organized.Perform all other assigned tasks.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Knowledge of BPM or willingness to learn.Sufficient math skills.Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.Preferable to read and write in English.High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.Work Environment and Physical Requirements:This is a daily job and your work shifts will vary based on client needs and your availability.This is a manufacturing environment and you will be exposed to various machines, noise levels, and variable temperatures.This is a team work environment.
