OverviewSenior Network & Computer Systems Administrator. Full Time, Lackland AFB, TX. Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility. Position is contingent upon contract award.Primary ResponsibilitiesInstall, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot network backbone infrastructure.Support NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, NSANet, and Tier 1 networks.Maintain secure and non-secure transmission systems including fiber and copper media.Ensure telecom rooms meet engineering, safety, and operational standards.Manage routing and switching assets and maintain accurate configuration documentation.Configure and sustain voice systems and VoIP solutions.Design, install, document, and maintain cabling and protected distribution systems.Support VTC systems, conference room networks, and public address systems.Document all network changes and infrastructure modifications.Lead role provides task oversight and weekly reporting to Government leadership.Security RequirementsU.S. Citizenship requiredActive TS/SCI eligibility requiredBaseline CertificationsProficiency in Microsoft Active Directory; Microsoft Server 2008 or higher; proficiency in VMware 5.1 or higher and vSphere Administration.Networking proficiency in Cisco network routers and switches; advanced networking principles (routing, switching, OSI Reference Model); Air Force network configuration and operation.DoD 8570 / 8140 compliantIAT Level II (Security+ CE preferred), current and verifiablePreferred QualificationsCCNA (preferred)CCNP (highly desired)About Semper Valens SolutionsSemper Valens Solutions, Inc.
