Corporate Associate (2–5 Years) — Bay Area | Partnership TrackA well-regarded boutique firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing Corporate Group.Role Overview:This is a partnership-track opportunity for an associate with strong corporate transactional experience looking for meaningful deal exposure and long-term growth within a collaborative team.Key Responsibilities:• Handle a range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions• Advise emerging growth companies across various stages• Assist with formation and structuring of private investment funds• Provide securities law counseling and corporate governance support• Support intellectual property transactions and general corporate/commercial mattersIdeal Background:• 2–5 years of corporate transactional experience• Experience with M&A and general corporate work required• Exposure to securities, emerging companies, or fund formation is a plus• Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skillsWhat Sets This Opportunity Apart:• Active and diverse deal flow• Hands-on role with direct client interaction• Collaborative, partner-accessible environment• Clear and realistic path to partnershipCompensation:Base salary range: $230K – $310K (dependent on experience)
