This role is ideal for someone who thrives in motion, leads through adaptability, and shows up when teams need it most.As an OB/MFM Sonographer (Floater), you’ll work across a variety of low-risk and high-risk clinical sites. Some days you may support an MFM clinic, while other days you may step into a low-risk site that needs immediate support. Cover a variety of clinical settings; including low-risk OB and MFM across multiple site locations. Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history. Create reports to assist the physician with documentation. Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule out patient/fetus anomalies. Communicate sonographic findings to physician. Provide visual sonographic guidance to complete successful amniocentesis. Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery. Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance. Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs.
