Senior IT & Cybersecurity Leadership | Aerospace / Defense ManufacturingWe are partnering with a highly respected U.S.-based advanced manufacturing organization serving the aerospace and defense sector on a critical senior leadership search.This role will lead enterprise IT, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and security operations within a complex, highly regulated environment supporting government and defense-related programs.Key areas of responsibility include:• Leading enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, cloud environments, and digital transformation initiatives• Driving cybersecurity strategy and compliance aligned with NIST 800-171, CMMC, and related frameworks• Protecting sensitive technical and operational data across secure environments• Managing risk assessments, incident response, audit readiness, and security controls• Overseeing facility and information security programs within a regulated manufacturing setting• Partnering cross-functionally with executive leadership, operations, HR, quality, and government stakeholdersIdeal background:• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience• Strong cybersecurity and compliance expertise in a regulated environment• Experience within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government contracting environments preferred• Knowledge of CMMC, NIST frameworks, export-controlled data, and secure operations highly valued• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on executionThis is a high-impact leadership opportunity with visibility across the organization and significant influence on operational and compliance strategy.
