IT Support Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Troubleshoot and resolve a range of data center infrastructure issues, including hardware, fiber, and networking.• Engage in physical data center activities such as capacity planning, rack deployment, cabling, and decommissioning.• Take ownership of technical issues, collaborating with other teams to drive resolution.• Apply IT principles to identify and solve problems within a large-scale information system infrastructure.• Maintain service level agreements through proactive issue detection and reporting.• Work in a 24/7 operational environment, potentially including nights, weekends, and holidays.What You'll Need• High school diploma or equivalent, or A+, CND, Network+, or Security+ certification.• Current, active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.• 2+ years of experience with server hardware.• 1+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems.• Active Security+ certification or ability to obtain one within 90 days of start.• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds, working in confined spaces, and standing/walking for extended periods.What's On Offer• Competitive hourly salary of $39 - $68.• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.• A dynamic and inclusive work environment focused on innovation and collaboration.Apply via Haystack today!
