Job Description Title: Repair Technician – L1/L2Project: Memory and Windows 10 upgradeLocation: South San FranciscoProject details:Upgrading Memory at clients South San Francisco site for 2000 Laptops and Desktops along with Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade on approximately 700 computersResponsibilities/skillsets:Minimum of One (1) to Two (2) years professional experience8GB memory upgrade to bring systems to a total of 16GBWindows 7 to Windows 10 OS upgrade including data migration and software installationCollege degree and certification are not required, but preferredAssist customers with issues arising from everyday computer usageDuration – Four (4) to Six (6) months with completion in Q1 2020
