Industrial Maintenance Technician

Description:Were a fast-paced countertop fabrication facility looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment running safely and efficiently. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and keeping production on track in a 24/5 operation. If youre a hands-on problem solver who can diagnose issues quickly and fix them the right waynot just the fast wayyoull do well here. Schedule 2nd Shift: MondayFriday, 2:30 PM 11:00 PM Overtime may be required based on production needs What Youll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fabrication equipment including saws, CNC machines, polishers, routers, compressors, and dust collection systems Perform preventative maintenance to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Respond quickly to breakdowns and implement root-cause fixesnot temporary patches Follow and enforce safe work practices, including lockout/tagout procedures Track maintenance activity, parts usage, and equipment history Partner with production to prioritize repairs and improve equipment performance What Were Looking For Required: 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or fabrication preferred) Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of electrical systems (motors, sensors, relays, basic VFDs, wiring) Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment Reliable attendance and strong commitment to safety Preferred: Experience with CNC equipment or stone/countertop fabrication Welding and basic fabrication skills (MIG/TIG) PLC troubleshooting experience Familiarity with dust collection systems and compressed air systems Forklift or lift certification Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working around moving equipment, noise, and dust-controlled environments Ability to safely perform work in an industrial setting Why Join Us Stable, full-time position in a growing operation Clean, organized shop with a strong safety culture Competitive pay based on experience Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd shift roles Benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc.) Opportunity to grow into lead or reliability-focused roles If you take pride in keeping equipment running and solving problems the right way, we want to hear from you.
