OverviewVTG is looking for a Enterprise Systems Integrator in Chantilly, VA. (Note: Contingent upon program award).Enterprise Systems Integrator I supports integration activities across systems, platforms, and stakeholders, assisting government and program teams with documentation, coordination, and technical analysis under senior supervision.Enterprise Systems Integrator II independently supports integration planning and execution, ensuring systems, interfaces, and stakeholders are aligned across complex enterprise environments.Enterprise Systems Integrator III provides enterprise‑level integration leadership, advising government and program leadership on complex system‑of‑systems integration across mission‑critical environments.What will you do?Enterprise Systems Integrator ISupport integration planning across systems, applications, and infrastructure componentsAssist with analysis of system interfaces, data flows, and dependenciesSupport development and maintenance of integration documentation (ICDs, data flow diagrams, integration plans)Track integration issues, risks, and action itemsParticipate in technical working groups and integration reviewsSupport coordination between government stakeholders, contractors, and system owners.Enterprise Systems Integrator IILead analysis of system interfaces, dependencies, and integration requirementsDevelop and maintain integration artifacts including ICDs, CONOPS inputs, and integration roadmapsCoordinate integration activities across multiple programs, vendors, and technical teamsIdentify and manage integration risks, issues, and dependenciesSupport system integration testing, readiness reviews, and deployment coordinationAdvise program and technical leadership on integration impacts and tradeoffsSupport Agile Release Trains and program execution from an integration perspectiveEnterprise Systems Integrator IIILead enterprise‑wide integration strategy and execution across multiple systems and programsServe as the primary integration advisor to government technical and program leadershipOversee development and governance of integration standards, patterns, and interfacesIdentify and resolve systemic integration risks, conflicts, and dependenciesCoordinate integration activities across Agile Release Trains, solution teams, and external partnersSupport senior technical reviews, milestone events, and executive briefingsMentor junior and mid‑level ESIsSupport acquisition and source selection activities with integration expertiseDo you have what it takes?TS/SCI with Poly RequiredEnterprise Systems Integrator I1-4 years of experience supporting IT systems or technical programsBasic understanding of system integration concepts and enterprise environmentsStrong organizational, documentation, and communication skillsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications: Experience supporting federal, DoD, or IC programs, Exposure to multi‑system or enterprise environments, Familiarity with Agile or systems engineering lifecyclesEnterprise Systems Integrator II5-9 years of experience supporting systems integration or enterprise IT environmentsStrong understanding of system interfaces, data exchanges, and integration patternsExperience working across multiple programs or system ownersStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications: Experience supporting IC, DoD, or DOJ mission programs, Experience in Agile or SAFe environments, Familiarity with cloud, data, or mission system integrationsEnterprise Systems Integrator IIIBachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred10+ years of experience in systems integration or enterprise IT environmentsProven experience integrating complex, multi‑vendor, or system‑of‑systems architecturesStrong leadership, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience operating in regulated or mission‑critical environmentsPreferred Qualifications: Experience supporting IC, DoD, or DOJ mission programs, Experience integrating cloud, data, and legacy systems at scale, Familiarity with Agile at scale (SAFe), enterprise architecture, or governance frameworks
