We hold each other accountable to follow through on all commitments with a sense of urgency.• Hospitality: We are known for exceptional customer service in all our pursuits, and it is your job to uphold these high standards, anticipate the guests’ needs and to find ways to go above and beyond the client's expectations and create memorable experiences.Responsibilities: As a Server Assistant at Formento’s Restaurant you are expected to:• Assist the server in guiding guests through their dining experience by helping to describe the cuisine, accommodating special requests during the service.• Manage the pace and sequence of the dining experience by following the directives of the server and manager for appropriate coursing, marking, firing and clearing as established by the steps of service.• Maintaining pristine cleanliness in table maintenance, restaurant sweep/mop, restroom maintenance, server galley, dish well, and terrace/extended patio upkeep.• Pursue personal growth and current industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; etc.• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following sanitation standards and procedures.• Enhance Formento’s work environment and culture by accepting the importance of your role in the restaurant exploring opportunities to add value to your job accomplishments.
