We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Engineer to join our team and provide top-tier support to our customers and internal teams.Job Description:As a Help Desk Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and employees experiencing technical issues with our physical security systems. Your primary responsibility is to provide efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable support to resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network components of security systems.Key Responsibilities:·     Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.·     Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to physical security systems, including access control, surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and related technologies.·     Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams or third-party vendors as necessary.·     Provide clear documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the help desk system.·     Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security systems, both remotely and on-site as needed.·     Collaborate with other technical teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring issues.·     Stay up to date with the latest security technologies and best practices to provide informed support.·     Conduct periodic system checks and audits to ensure optimal performance of security systems.Qualifications:·     Proven experience as a Help Desk Engineer or similar role in a technical support environment.·     Strong knowledge of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.·     Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.·     Excellent communication and customer service skills.·     Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.·     Familiarity with networking concepts and experience in network troubleshooting is a plus.·     Relevant certifications (e.g., Genetec, Axis Certified Professional, CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent).
