The Childcare Provider will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of children during church programs and events. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the security of children, and fostering their social and emotional development. Collaboration with parents and team members is an essential component of this role.QualificationsExperience in childcare, including supervising and engaging with young children.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and team members.Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it upon hiring.Background in education or a related field is a plus but not required.Dependable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
