Product Innovation Team Lead

Your roleThis role leads a team of product development engineers working on turboexpander and compressor technologies across a range of technical challenges. You will be directly involved in taking ideas from concept through commercialization, helping translate strategy into practical engineering solutions. The position combines hands-on technical leadership, innovation, and close collaboration with engineering, marketing, and customers.The compensation range for this position is $137,843.78 - $191,319.34 annually. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus.
