Our mission is to foster a trustworthy and thriving financial services sector that supports a healthy global economy.Your key responsibilities:As a Senior Manager in Real Estate Tax, your days will be dynamic and varied. You will engage in a variety of tax planning initiatives for an array of clients, providing reliable and current tax advice. You will lead teams in a collaborative environment that promotes open communication and the sharing of insights.Skills and attributes for success:Analyze intricate tax operations to deliver meaningful business insights.Identify potential opportunities and risks, clearly communicating these to clients.Stay abreast of market trends to enhance your role as a trusted advisor.Build strong client relationships, showcasing your in-depth knowledge of the real estate, hospitality, and construction sectors.Develop actionable plans to improve clients' tax activities.Research clients' business operations, tailoring advice to meet their specific needs.Oversee a motivated team, ensuring they realize their full potential through skill development and knowledge sharing.To qualify for the role you must have:A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience in a professional services setting.Extensive knowledge in real estate tax, including partnership taxation, REITs, tax compliance, and acquisition planning.Experience managing budgets, projects, and personnel.A proven track record in business development within the industry.Exceptional technical writing and research skills in a tax context.The ability to effectively prioritize complex projects.Strong influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge existing processes.Willingness to travel as needed within a balanced hybrid work environment.You'll also have:CPA qualification or be a member of a state bar.What we look for: We seek proactive individuals eager to enhance our business.
