Apply today and discover how rewarding it can be to work with our team. REQUIREMENTS:Possess a high school degree or GED Pass a background checkBe available to work 40 hours a week Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5:00PMPrevious experience in a sales/customer service position preferredHave strong typing and computer skillsPossess a friendly, polite and empathic phone demeanorHave the ability to multi–task (I.e. support chat requests generated via our website) Be willing to help at our customer counter when called uponSupport the sales efforts of our Outside Sales team Be self motivated, team/goal orientated and able to carry out directed tasks.RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer calls (target 15-20 an hour) Provide part/account research and support Place orders and be proficient with our different operating systemsProvide general information I.e. hours of operation, branch locations, etc.Provide research and support to the Outside Sales TeamSupport for our live chat featureProvide customer with written quotes and other supporting sales materialRun and complete credit card transactionsMaintain a neat and organized work areaBe able to professionally send/respond to email requests
