Compensation & BenefitsRealistic Earning Potential:$50,000 - $60,000+ per year (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses). Growth: We prefer to promote from within for management and senior sales roles The Role: What You'll DoAs the first point of contact for Phil Hughes Honda, you aren't just "answering phones"-you are a brand ambassador. You will: Multilingual Engagement: Handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails in both English and SpanishManage Leads: High-speed response to Sales and Service inquiries. Master the CRM: Track all interactions meticulously to ensure no customer falls through the cracks. Set Appointments: Consult with customers to understand their needs-whether they are looking for a new Honda or maintaining their current one. Follow-Up: Execute a multi-touch follow-up cadence (we provide the tools, you provide the personality!). RequirementsBilingual Mastery:Must be fluent in both English and Spanish with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages (verbal and written). Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background. Organization: Computer literacy, strong organizational, and follow-up skills. Compliance: Must pass a drug screen, background check, and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
