Project Representative (Data Center)

Position: Project Representative (Data Center)Pay Rate: 80 - 120 hourlyData Center Project Representative- Assist the Construction Engineers with all facets of project execution- Assist with the administration of one or multiple construction projects as an owner representative- Assist with identifying and resolving design and construction issues in the field.- Take part in meetings with client and general contractor.- Work directly with the client and contractor to meet the needs of the project.- Communicate with the project team and client throughout the project.- Oversee the Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs on a project.- Present job progress and issues in meetings with the client.- Prepare daily reports for each individual project.- Review contractor submittals and respond to contractor inquiries, ensuring that contract specifications are met.- Review contractor RFI’s and make recommendations to EOR- Coordinate with others to obtain responses to requests for information and other submittals from contractors and keeps a log of such requests..- Perform other engineering and construction management functions as assigned.Required Qualifications- A minimum of 10 years of construction experience- Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong people skills, ability to interact with the design team- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
