LIMS Business Analyst
Ideal Candidate Profile: Seeking a LIMS Business Analyst who will join a team of analysts who work on multiple LIMS and web portals. We are currently implementing a replacement Starlims LIMS (LPH version) for our environmental and clinical users. The candidate will be involved in application discovery/training, requirements gathering, and QA testing. The candidate should have laboratory testing experience and/or experience with LIMS implementation.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in a laboratory environment or in supporting laboratory systemsFamiliarity with System Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall methodsAssisting in STARLIMS configuration validation, test case development, and quality assurance activitiesCreating documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designsEliciting and documenting business requirements through techniques such as interviews and workshopsAnalyzing laboratory processes and identifying areas for improvement or automationEngaging stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and manage expectationsAnalyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processesDeveloping and executing test plans, test cases, and user storiesDemonstrated analytical problem solving skillsExperience with software products including Word, Excel, Visio, and DevOpsExperience with Starlims LPH preferred**
