Warehouse Materials Handler
We’re looking for a reliable and team-oriented Warehouse Materials Handler to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered accurately to keep production running smoothly.This is a hands-on position that works closely with warehouse, production, quality, and supply chain teams. If you enjoy staying active, working with equipment, and being part of a team that keeps things moving—this could be a great fit.We Are Currently Looking to to Hire for the Following Shift Schedule:Wednesday-Friday from 5am-5:30pm PST (3 days at 12 hours, get paid full time with a 4 day weekend!)WHAT YOU'LL DO:Receive, handle, stage, and ship materials accurately and on time Load and unload trucks following safety and operational best practicesPrepare and stage materials for productionPerform inventory cycle counts and maintain organized storage areasInspect incoming materials and finished goods for quality issuesComplete required paperwork and ERP system entries (BOLs, transfers, receiving, etc.)Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dolliesPick up and deliver materials between warehouses using a company box truckSupport general warehouse organization, cleanliness, and waste removalCommunicate regularly with team members to ensure priorities are metYard & Trailer Responsibilities:Operate a yard hostler (yard truck) to move trailers within the facility yardPosition trailers at loading docks and designated parking areasPerform trailer spotting and switching to support shipping and receivingConduct pre- and post-trip inspections of yard equipmentSafely hook and unhook trailers, including managing landing gear and air linesWHAT YOU'LL BRING:High school diploma or GEDValid driver’s license (required) with a clean driving recordYard hostler experience strongly preferredAbility to be added to company insurance and operate company vehiclesPrevious warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, inventory) preferredForklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environmentWORK ENVIRONMENT:Active warehouse and production settingIndoor, outdoor, and refrigerated environmentsExposure to varying weather conditions (hot, cold, wet)Regular use of warehouse equipment and machinerySchedule may include evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
