Strivectors premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.Position OverviewAs a Quality Assurance Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:Act as Alaska site leader to plan, coordinate, and execute all on-site requirements including overseeing receiving and shipping of product.Interpret specifications, blueprints and change orders to assist in inspection of FAA TSOA articles.Perform duties as an FAA Designee for the issuance of FAA form 8130-3 documents.Review Manufacturing and Engineering work instructions / procedures for appropriate quality inspection points.Implement changes in processes and use of equipment to increase efficiency.Prepare first article inspection reports as required. QualificationsMost importantly, you need to be a passionate Quality Assurance Manager who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Quality Assurance Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:Bachelors Degree typically in a technical discipline.Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working and communicating with cross functional departments, suppliers, and customers.
