Duties Previous experience in product liability Plaintiff work is a plus. Previous experience with responding to discovery requests is a plus. Previous experience with medical records retrieval and review is a plus. Federal and State E-filing experience is a plus. Experience with Filevine is a plus. Excellent calendaring skill and ability to keep track of ever-changing deadlines. Ability to work independently and pro-actively by anticipating future needs. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team. Bring your new ideas but respect the systems already in place. Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills required. High level of professional integrity required; ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust. Qualifications - Wisconsin Bar License or a plan for admission soon is required to apply.
