Quality Assurance Supervisor

LHH is supporting the recruitment of a tenured client of theirs in the greater Cincinnati area. This position is a Quality Supervisor/Manager. The ideal candidate is a person who is able to manage others on the shop floor while overseeing root cause analysis, internal audits, and create continuous process improvements. They need someone who is proactive, approachable, and supportive.Job Details:Overseeing the specs and standards for the designs and manufacturing processes - aligned of compliance/legality/qualifications of client and industryPerforming corrective actions and creating instruction documentationConducting audits and root cause analysisUsing company ERP system for work orders, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Procurement to resolve issues and optimize output for customer ordersRequirements:At least 2 years in Quality Management of a team and site operations - 4 years in Quality overallTrue manufacturing industry experience - shop floor experience, ERP experience, and root cause analysis experienceExperience managing direct reportsSelf motivated and desire to growth and advance themselves AND the company together; the opposite of complacentDoes this opportunity interest you?
