Project Manager IIIType: Full-TimeLocation: Washington, DCOvertime Exempt: ExemptReports To: ARMADA HQ*************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD*********************Duties & Responsibilities:Provides oversight of all aspects of field and/or task-level project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial).May work on multiple projects simultaneously.Supervises personnel involved in all aspects of project activity, organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and maintains customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations.Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.Recommends action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.Exercises independent judgment, as well as a high-level of analytical skill, in solving non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems.Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Advanced knowledge of project management principlesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsLeadership and team management skillsAbility to manage vendor relationships and deliverablesStrong communication skillsMinimum/General Experience:Approximately 7 years of related experienceMinimum Education:BS/BA degree in related field (or equivalent), andProject Management certificationsARMADA provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
