This role provides hands-on exposure to quality systems, documentation practices, and inspection processes while working closely with production staff and external vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry related to quality inspections and quality recordsMaintain accurate and organized record management in accordance with quality standardsAssist with and perform inspection of calibrated tools to ensure compliance with established requirementsReview inspection data and documentation for accuracy and completenessCommunicate effectively with production staff and external vendors regarding inspection and quality-related informationRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical Knowledge:Basic understanding of inspection processes and calibrated toolsCommunication:Strong interpersonal skills to interface professionally with internal teams and external vendorsAttention to Detail:High attention to detail when reviewing documentation, inspection records, and data entriesComputer Skills:Basic proficiency in data entry and recordkeeping systemsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, squat, and bend as required to capture inspection dataAbility to perform repetitive physical tasks associated with inspection and documentation activitiesLearning OpportunitiesExposure to Quality Control systems and processesHands-on experience with inspection documentation and record managementDevelopment of professional communication skills within a manufacturing or production environment
