Key responsibilities include meeting sales goals, managing studio staff and schedules, coordinating marketing efforts, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD, requiring consistent leadership and interaction with staff, members, and the local community.QualificationsExperience in sales, customer service, and managing membership-based services.Proven skills in leadership, team management, and staff development to oversee a high-performing team effectively.Ability to execute marketing strategies, community outreach, and promotional events.Proficiency in business operations including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting performance metrics.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Passion for fitness and wellness, with the ability to motivate a diverse group of individuals.Experience in the fitness industry or familiarity with Pilates equipment is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.Salary commensurate with prior sales experience.Experince with Club Ready strongly preferred.Fitness membership sales experience required.
