Access Coordinator II An Access Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating and facilitating access to services, resources, or systems for clients, patients, or internal staff. This role serves as a key point of contact to ensure processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational policies.Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:High School, GED, or formal educational equivalentTwo years of customer service experience preferably in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment.Good communication skills, basic proficiency with computers (preferably MS Office), excellent telephone etiquette skills, and general knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners.Excellent customer service skills.Knowledge of basic medical terminology is required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment.Additional Information:All UAMS employees will treat others with Dignity and Respect.
