You will help drive adoption, ensuring these tools become an essential part of our employees' daily work.Be a Tech Evangelist & Integrator: Partner with Talent Management leads to integrate our new platforms seamlessly into the flow of work, creating a frictionless, tech-enabled employee experience.Own the Room (Virtually & In-Person): Spark "aha!" moments as a dynamic facilitator for our leadership and team member development programs. Your energy and expertise will make learning the best part of everyone's day.Create & Innovate: Design and build transformative learning experiences—from engaging workshops to innovative digital resources—that develop our talent, foster high-performing teams, and build future-ready skills.Drive Flawless Execution: Masterfully manage critical talent initiatives from concept to launch.
