Server

Job Description We are currently seeking full-time servers to join our team at Nelson's Bar & Grill. Our servers are responsible for providing excellent dining service to guests in our restaurant and in our banquet room. They will also be responsible for cleaning, maintaining a clean and sanitary dining area, and assisting with special events as needed. Essential Functions Provide timely and accurate food and beverage services to guests while maintaining high standards of quality Serve beverages and appetizers to guests in the dining room, including setting up and taking down away dishes and glasses Pre-plan menus, prepare food, place orders, communicate with kitchen staff, and stock plates Assist with special events as needed Cleaning tables and restocking dishes Other duties as assigned by manager Qualifications Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members and management Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in restaurant or bar service preferred but not required Restaurant experience is required for all servers.
