Commercial Superintendent OpportunityA well-established general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent for an ongoing $25M+ high-end commercial build. Approximately 75% of the project remains including: ongoing site work, foundation tie-ins, utilities, and high-end interiors and finishes.This opportunity is ideal for a Superintendent with deep field experience, particularly in tight sites, complex utility coordination, and premium architectural finishes where attention to detail and client-facing professionalism are critical.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily onsite operations from site work through final finishes, ensuring all phases are delivered with precision and qualityOversee subcontractors, logistics, deliveries, and staging within a tight footprint on an active campusCoordinate remaining utility, landscape, foundation, and structural scopes in real timeEnsure installation of high-end interior finishes, architectural features, and specialty millwork per design intentMaintain and enforce site cleanliness, safety, and professionalismInterface with owners, designers, and vendors to resolve field issues, manage inspections, and ensure project goals are metDocument progress using Procore, including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch listsCollaborate with the Project Manager to update schedules, forecasts, and team communicationsSupport future phases of the project, including turnover and additional builds on campusQualifications7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionDemonstrated success managing complex site logistics, campus construction, and tight scheduling constraintsStrong working knowledge of site development, utility tie-ins, and civil coordinationProven ability to lead high-end finish installations with zero-punch expectationsProficient in Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling platforms (MS Project or similar)Strong documentation skills: RFIs, submittals, COs, and field reportingExceptional communication and leadership abilitiesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (based on experience)Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid holidays and generous PTOBonus potential tied to project performance and timelinesOpportunity for longer-term role with upcoming campus phases
