Company DescriptionHearNow ENT is seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join our growing DFW practice on a part-time or full-time basis. Locations for practice include Irving and Plano.Role DescriptionEvaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat disorders in adult and pediatric patientsConduct in-person outpatient clinic visits and provide telemedicine consultations in accordance with clinical and regulatory standardsPerform ENT surgeries (office-based and hospital/ASC-based)Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, including medical and surgical interventionsMaintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)Collaborate with clinic staff and providers to ensure high-quality patient careEducate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and postoperative careAdhere to all clinic policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirementsQualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residencyBoard Certified in OtolaryngologyActive and unrestricted Texas state medical licenseMust carry your own malpractice insuranceDEA license and controlled substance registrationEligible for hospital and/or ambulatory surgery center privilegesStrong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skillsScheduleFull time or Part-time (2–3 days per week)Mix of outpatient clinic and surgical days
