Financial Services Rep We are seeking motivated, professional, growth-orientated individuals to join our financial services team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are looking to build a career in the financial services, developing professional skills, and helping individuals and families make more informed financial decisions. What you will do As a financial services representative you will work with clients to understand their financial goals and provide education and guidance around areas such as: -Life insurance and protection strategies -Retirement planning -401k and retirement account strategies -Annuities -Financial Education and literacy -Long term financial planning -Wealth building and protection strategies You will work with a variety of insurance and financial service carriers to help identify products and strategies that may be appropriate for each clients individual needs and goals Compensation -100% commission based -Representatives begin at 30% commission Training and support No previous financial services experience is required. We provide the resources and support needed to help qualified individuals develop their knowledge and skills including: -Structured training and educational classes -Licensing guidance and support for individuals interested in obtaining required insurance license -One on one mentorship -Ongoing coaching and professional development -Access to professional office environment -Supportive team environment with experienced professionals Who we are looking for -Motivated and goal orientated -Professional and comfortable communicating with others -Willing to learn and develop new skills -Interested in financial education and helping others -Comfortable in commission based environment -Committed to personal and professional growth Previous experience in sales, customer service, finance, insurance, entrepreneurship, or business development can be helpful but is NOT required Licensing Individuals who wish to sell insurance products must obtain the appropriate state required license. We provide guidance and resources to help interested candidates understand and navigate the licensing process This is a commission based opportunity and is not salaried or hourly position.
