*Full-Time Case Manager – KapiDX* KapiDX is a medical practice specializing in the testing and diagnosis of concussion and traumatic brain injury patients resulting from car accidents, slip-and-falls, and other head injuries. We are seeking a full-time Case Manager whose primary role is to schedule patients and proactively follow up to ensure timely access to care. *Key Responsibilities* * Coordinate and schedule patient appointments * Conduct consistent follow-up to keep patients engaged in the care pathway * Serve as the main point of contact to help patients access diagnostic services Ideal candidates are organized, patient-focused, and comfortable managing patient scheduling and outreach in a clinical setting.
