Forward Deployed EngineerThe RoleOJ Digital are currently working with a fast-growing AI technology business that is helping enterprise customers improve operational efficiency through advanced automation and data-driven workflows.Following strong early growth and significant backing, the business is continuing to scale and is now looking to hire a Forward Deployed Engineer to support customer onboarding, implementation, and long-term platform success.This is a highly cross-functional role sitting between customers and engineering, focused on ensuring successful deployments, solving operational challenges, and helping customers maximise value from the platform.The environment is fast-paced, high ownership, and suited to somebody who enjoys working within ambitious startup environments.🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer onboarding and implementation projects from post-sale through to ongoing adoptionAct as a key point of contact for customers during deployment and rollout activitiesWork closely with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into actionable technical tasksSupport platform configuration, integrations, and deployment activitiesDeliver customer training sessions and ongoing supportManage multiple customer relationships across a range of stakeholdersTrack customer outcomes and identify opportunities for improvementHelp build scalable internal processes as the company continues to grow🌟 What We’re Looking For3-5 years of experience within implementation, deployment, solutions engineering, project management, customer success, or similar customer-facing rolesExperience managing customer relationships directlyStrong communication skills and ability to work across both technical and non-technical teamsTechnical aptitude and comfortable working alongside engineersStartup or high-growth company experience preferredExposure to SaaS, AI, automation, data, or workflow-based platforms would be beneficialSQL or basic querying experience would be advantageousComfortable operating within fast-moving environments with limited structureBachelor’s degree preferredMust be based in or willing to relocate to New York CityU.S. work authorisation required unfortunately visa sponsorship is not available💰 Package$130,000 - $150,000 Base SalaryEquity IncludedRelocation Support AvailableFull-Time Permanent Position5 Days On-Site in Chelsea, NYC
