Membership Sales Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Membership Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new members, managing existing memberships, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating the value of the firm’s services to potential clients.The ideal candidate is results-driven, client-focused, and highly communicative—capable of closing sales while building trust and fostering long-term relationships.CompensationBase Salary: $800 – $1,000/month (based on experience)Bonus: Performance-based incentives tied to sales resultsGrowth Opportunities: Advancement and earning potential based on performanceKey Responsibilities1. Sales & ConversionEngage and qualify inbound and outbound leads to present membership servicesConduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutionsConvert prospects into paying members through effective communication and consistent follow-upMeet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIsHandle objections professionally and guide clients through the decision-making process2.
