Nocturnist Opportunity - Full-Time - Location: Billings, MT - Full-time, permanent positionAbout the Role: Join a collaborative team of 26 providers as a Nocturnist, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You ll work closely with care management, the ICU team, ED, and other departments to ensure safe and efficient care. This position offers excellent support, mentorship opportunities, and professional growth in a well-established hospitalist program. Position Details: Full-time schedule: 165 shifts per year 12-hour shifts (night shift position) EPIC EMR system-wide Strong partnerships with ICU, Palliative Care, and ED teams Level 1 Trauma Center, Certified Stroke Center, and Chest Pain Center with PCI Compensation & Incentives: Base Salary: $337,012 with additional production incentives Quality Bonus: Up to $15,000 Starting Bonus: $25,000 Relocation Bonus: Up to $20,000 (if applicable) Student Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000 (if applicable) PSLF eligibility Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plans Malpractice insurance coverage Paid time off and license reimbursement Annual CME allowance Coverage for pets Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical or osteopathic school Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active Montana medical license or ability to obtain 3-5 years of Hospitalist experience preferred Must be open to night shifts Successful completion of credentialing process required
