Most current positions will begin in the afternoon around 2:30/3:30, and all positions have the potential for growth to full-time over time. Position Requirements: Current and valid Registered Behavior Technician Credential – or willingness to pursue on a fast track Provide community and home-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities Implement individualized service plans and behavior support plans Document progress on program and behavior goals, as well as, daily documentation of service Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the plans, identify problems, and provide timely recommendations for a solution Bring a positive and energetic attitude to the clinical environment Participate in training and supervision from our certified and licensed staff members Teach through a more naturalistic and fun approach Benefits Competitive compensation Paid drive time and mileage Paid time off and Sick Time Electronic scheduling, billing, and data collection Partnership with Mout St. Marys University If you are interested, please fill out the form and send your resume and cover letter.
